    Greek Salad

    Ingredients

    • 4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
    • 1 cucumber, sliced
    • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
    • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
    • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
    • 200g feta cheese, crumbled
    • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Oregano for garnish

     

    Directions:

    1. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and bell pepper.
    2. Add olives and feta cheese.
    3. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar.
    4. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
    5. Toss gently and serve immediately.
